1. Using ReM3Dx

These Terms apply when you browse rem3dx.fun, create an account, place an order or use a ReM3Dx digital product. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the product.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your location and must also meet the age and account requirements of 3DXChat. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

2. Products, prices and orders

ReM3Dx sells downloadable rooms, builds and related assets made for 3DXChat. Product pages describe what is included and any known requirements. Preview images and videos are illustrative; appearance can vary slightly because of screen, graphics or game settings.

The product price is shown before checkout. Currency conversion and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Please provide a working email address and accurate order information so we can deliver your files and help with the order.

Payment through FastSpring

FastSpring acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through our checkout. This means FastSpring is the seller responsible for the payment transaction, taxes and billing. FastSpring’s checkout terms and privacy information also apply to that transaction. ReM3Dx does not receive or store your full card number.

We or FastSpring may decline or cancel an order affected by failed payment, suspected fraud, unauthorised activity or an obvious technical pricing error. If a cancelled order was charged, the payment will be returned through the original payment method.

3. Digital delivery

Products are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed, normally by email, an account area or a download link shown after checkout. Delivery times can be affected by payment review, email filtering or technical problems.

• Check the email address used at checkout, including its spam or junk folder.
• Download and back up your files after receiving access.
• If a link is missing or no longer works, contact us with the order reference and purchase email.

4. Your licence

Unless a product page says otherwise, a purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download and use that product in your own 3DXChat environment. You may customise the files for your own use and may host rooms that use them.

The licence does not transfer ownership or copyright. You may not:

• resell, rent, sublicense, redistribute or give the files to another person;
• share a download link or upload the files to a public or private library, marketplace, forum or file-sharing service;
• sell a modified version, use the files as a template for resale or claim the original work as your own;
• remove ownership notices or use ReM3Dx branding in a way that suggests an official partnership.

5. Refunds and product issues

Digital files can be copied immediately after access, so refunds are not normally available once a product has been delivered or downloaded. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

If a file is unavailable, materially different from its description or cannot be used because of a confirmed defect, contact us as soon as possible. We will first try to provide the correct file, a reasonable fix or setup guidance. Where a refund is required, it is processed under the applicable FastSpring checkout terms and law.

Before ordering, please review the description, screenshots, included files and compatibility information. Refund requests should include your order reference, purchase email and a short description of the problem.

6. 3DXChat and third-party services

ReM3Dx is an independent creator and is not the developer or operator of 3DXChat. Our products depend on third-party software that we do not control. A future 3DXChat update may change compatibility, appearance or performance.

Links or tools supplied by third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third-party service, but we will provide reasonable product support where we can.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, accounts, downloads or support services. In particular, do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security or download controls, introduce malware, interfere with the Site, use stolen payment details, or use ReM3Dx products in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

We may suspend access or refuse support where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats or a serious breach of these Terms.

8. Availability and responsibility

We may update product descriptions, prices, files and Site features. A price change does not affect an order already accepted. We may also correct errors or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and digital products are provided as described and without a promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted or that every product will suit every device, setup or purpose. ReM3Dx is not responsible for indirect loss or a problem caused by misuse, an incompatible setup or a third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy and changes to these Terms

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we use and how you can exercise your privacy rights. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies and third-party technologies used on the Site.

We may update these Terms when the Site, products or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Updated Terms apply from publication and do not remove rights already attached to an accepted order.
